EVENT ACTIVITY REPORT FOR LYNN WEBB 2010
January 25-27, 2010 Evangelism Training, Relay (Relational Evangelistic Lifestyle Approach for You) at the Oklahoma State Evangelism Conference. Approximately 40 individuals attended the breakout session. February 10, 2010 Evangelism Presentation at Mt Home Baptist Church Awana Group. Approximately 50 children and adults. February 15, 2010 Went to North American Mission Board for MostImportantThing.org Video shoot of my salvation testimony. Approximately 800 views have been logged on YouTube. March 21, 2010 Follow up training at Catawba Valley Baptist Church for church members who would be counseling with individuals during an outreach event. Approximately 12 individuals attended. March 31, 2010 Evangelism Presentation to the Awana Group and Youth. Approximately 100 in attendance. May 13-16, 2010 Mentored and taught approximately 25 church leaders and members in utilizing the Horseshoe Ministry as a tool for intentional evangelism at the River Festival in Wichita, KS. Approximately 100 salvations in 3 days. As a result of this event, Lorren Phippen and Carl Brown used this ministry at the Kansas State Fair where another 110 people prayed to receive Christ and approximately 120 church leaders and volunteers including 3 associations participated. The Gospel was shared with over 5000 people. June 06, 2010 Evangelism Presentation at Grace Baptist Church. Over 100 in attendance. June 07, 2010 Associational Evangelism Team Meeting. 18 present. July 19, 2010 Annual Black Church Week Conference at Ridgecrest NC---worked the mission table with Cowboy Pastor Harvey Gates from Lincoln Co promoting ICE. July 24, 2010 Associational Ice Team Training with 20 team members August 14, 2010 Valdese NC Waldensian Festival---sponsored a booth utilizing the horseshoe ministry. Approximately 25 volunteers from 8 different churches participated. The Gospel was shared with over 100 people and there were 7 Salvation decisions. August 17-21, 2010 Drexel Fair---sponsored an Associational Evangelism Booth and partnered with 5 different churches utilizing various evangelism events/activities. The Gospel was shared with hundreds of people and approximately 50 church members participated with 37 Salvation decisions September 18, 2010 Lincoln Co NC---Our Associational Ice Team Members assisted Blazin Trails Cowboy Church at the Apple Festival. Hundreds heard the gospel and 39 decisions for Christ were made. Approximately 6 Associational team members and 20 church members participated. October 30, 2010 Went to Biltmore Baptist Church in Asheville, NC for a Hoopla event in partnership with Blazin Trails Cowboy Church in Lincoln Co utilizing the horseshoe ministry for intentional evangelism. The Gospel was shared with over 600 people. Approximately 20 volunteers stamping shoes and sharing the gospel. There were 4 Salvations.
Total mentored/trained in evangelism is approximately 120 people Total Salvation decisions this year from all events is approximately 487 salvations. Total number of people who heard the gospel at the events/trainings is approximately between 6,000 and 8,000 people.
